The organization acts as a platform where members are active participants and celebrates cooperation and horizontal hierarchy in order to develop a strong sense of rights and responsibilities, and encourage egalitarian organization. Nomad was established by artists Jasmina Cibic, Igor Eškinja, Kristian Kožul, Zlatan Vehabović and Damir Žižić, designer Dominik Markušić and curator / cultural manager Vanja Žanko. Its younger members are emerging cultural managers Antonella Boldrin, Raffaella Matrone and Andrea Šarić. Its activities are inclined towards co-productions with public and private institutions and individuals that have sense of commitment to development of artists’ careers. It hosts Weekend Residency Program, lectures and presentations in its space in Zagreb.
