Vikenti Komitski, born in 1983 in Sofia, Bulgaria. Komitski employs the logic of the readymade and intervenes by performing minimal artistic transformations. His choice of original objects to work from is often fairly mundane, but he brings to each a sudden new dynamic and hence enlivens their original form to change their situation and context and hence the viewer's anticipated perception. As Komitski plays and opens up the definition of everyday objects he also unites them in a collaged, interrelated sphere where they take on a utopian-style of equality.
