Tina Hrevušová

Tina Hrevušová (1998) is an artist based in Prague, where, after studying at UMPRUM, she is currently continuing at the Academy of Fine Arts (AVU). In her practice, she combines drawing, ceramics, sculpture, and performance into a hybrid methodology through which she explores posthuman identity, corporeality, and the psychological processes that shape subjectivity. She perceives the body as a mutable material and permeable membrane, drawing from feminist and queer perspectives as well as theories of monstrosity. Her works often engage with trauma as a formative force and combine disturbing or abject aesthetics with elements of theatricality. She has presented her work in venues including a solo exhibition at Pragovka Gallery in Prague, Kunsthalle Bratislava, Konstfack in Stockholm, and in Berlin.
