Rafał Zajko

Rafał Zajko (b. 1988, Białystok) received an MFA in Fine Art from Goldsmiths, University of London. Working within an interdisciplinary sculptural practice, he dismantles linear narratives of time, interweaving personal memory and cultural narratives with references to design, architecture, industrialisation, folklore, and science fiction. His work has been presented in solo exhibitions at Focal Point Gallery (United Kingdom, 2025) and The Sleńdziński Gallery in Białystok (2019), as well as in group exhibitions at South London Gallery, Whitechapel Gallery, Kunsthalle Wien, and Bold Tendencies. In 2024, he was a fellow of the Abbey Fellowship at the British School at Rome. Zajko’s works are held in public collections including the Arts Council Collection (United Kingdom) and M Woods Museum (China).
