Olga Dziubak

Olga Dziubak was born in 1991. She lives and works Belfast UK and Warsaw PL. Her artist practise is included painting, performance, multimedia and activism. She is explored political problems and their impact on the individual human experience. Thematic interests include: camouflage, military, pop culture, physical and emotional gestures, shame and transgressions. She often uses visual archives to draw out facts, ideas, and images, relating these to contemporary issues. Currently Olga analyse the colour purple in the context of socio-political history, feminism and queer theory. Olga Dziubak graduated in Multimedia Art at the Academy of Arts in Szczecin and Painting at the University of Fine Arts in Poznan. In 2017 she worked in Golden Thread Gallery in Belfast. Member of  Bbeyond Belfast and Consorcio of Post Artistic Practices.
