Katerina Sokolovskaya (b. 1988 Minsk, Belarus) lives and works in Saint Petersburg, Russia. She makes exhibitions and artistic research focused on the topics of space perception and nonviolent coexistence of individuals in an environment, using a variety of media including installation, sculpture, performance and video. She graduated in Sculpture from Saint Petersburg Stieglitz State Academy of Art and Design in 2016 and holds a Master’s degree in Curatorial Studies from Saint Petersburg State University (2020). She has also studied at Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław (Poland).
