Anže Sever was born in 1991 in Slovenj Gradec. He is a senior student at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Ljubljana. In his minimalist installations of the last two years, Anže Sever’s focus has been on visible reality and the hidden potentials of space, which he explores with technology, light, and sound, and tests with disruptions, duration, and motion. He has also been developping a series of works and installations dealing with bothering or disturbing physical phenomena, which are meant to make the public feel uncomfortable. He lives and works in Ljubljana.
