Born in Zagreb in 1984, Ana Legčević is about to graduate in painting from the Academy of Fine Art and Design (AFAD) of the University of Ljubljana. Her work involves conceptual art, installation and painting, with the main element of her works being pure format and the constant repetition of visual constituent parts, combining concepts and their visual realisations. Her work has been shown at the exhibition Transform in the Constantin Brancusi Gallery in Bucharest and the exhibition On Time in Ljubljana's Škuc Gallery. In 2014, she received an AFAD award for her work Counting/smoking. She lives and works in Ljubljana.
