Laima Ruduša

Laima Ruduša is a programme developer and coordinator with over ten years of experience in the non-profit art field. She worked as a Gallery Coordinator in London at GALERIE8, an Assistant Curator at Riga Art Space and she was the Cultural Manager of the Latvian National Pavilion at the 55th International Art Exhibition La Biennale di Venezia. She also has teaching and translation experience, having lived in Germany for the last few years, where she obtained an MA in National and Transnational Studies and worked in the field of education. She worked as the Executive Director and Project Manager of Kim? Contemporary Art Centre for several years, led a partnership with an University of Latvia (LU) Anthropology Course that grew into an Arts Education Symposium, and coordinated 20 exhibitions a year. In 2019 she joined the Riga Biennial team for 2 years as the Programme Coordinator. Since 2022 she is the Director of Survival Kit festival.
