Boris Ondreička was born in 1969 and lives in Bratislava. He is an artist, curator, author and singer. He is director of the art initiative tranzit.sk, and since 2012 curator at Thyssen-Bornemisza Art Contemporary, Vienna. He is a founding member of the J. Koller Society (2008). He co-curated Manifesta 8 and many other projects. His artistic projects include: Venice, Athens, Jakarta, Gyumri, Tai-Pei Biennales, amongst many others.
