Anu Allas (b. 1977) is an art historian, curator-program manager of KUMU Art Museum and the Head of the Museology studies module of the Art History MA programme at the Institute of Art Science and Visual Culture of the Estonian Academy of Arts. Her main research areas are post—World War II art in socialist Eastern Europe and the 1960s— 1970s neo-avant-garde and performative art practices of the 1990s. Allas has curated exhibitions mainly of the art of the second half of the 20th century, including KUMU's permanent exhibition called "Conflicts and adaptations—Estonian art of the Soviet era (1940–1991)". At the Estonian Academy of Arts, her main focus in the courses are about art history of the 20th century, including Estonian art of the Soviet period.
