Andra Silapētere (b. 1985) is a researcher and curator at the Latvian Centre for Contemporary Art (LCCA). Her research interest include exile and migration topics in art as well as aspects of identity and belonging. Since 2012 she is the editor of LCCA’s publication series and between 2014—2016 Silapētere has also been the project manager and curator of the LCCA’s Summer School. She is currently working on the international research project Not Yet Written Stories — Women Artists’ Archives Online about women artists in Eastern Europe. Along with Solvita Krese she curated the Latvian Pavilion at the Venice Biennale 2022 with the artists Skuja Braden.
